We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for standard events, and 4–6 weeks for large weddings or corporate functions. However, we do handle last-minute requests when availability allows — call or WhatsApp us for urgent bookings.

Our rental price includes delivery, professional installation, and teardown after your event. The tent, poles, anchoring and basic setup are all covered. Decoration, chairs and tables are available as add-ons at additional cost.

Yes, we serve all provinces of Rwanda. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance from our Kimironko base. Contact us with your venue location and we'll include delivery in your quote.

All our tents are fully waterproof and built to handle Rwanda's rainy season. We install proper drainage channels and reinforce anchoring when rain is expected. Our crew can be on standby for weather adjustments if needed.

Absolutely. Our warehouse in Kimironko, Kigali is open for visits Monday–Saturday. You can inspect our tents, see fabric samples and discuss your event with our team in person. No appointment needed.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 30% fee. We're flexible and understanding — life happens, so reach out and we'll work with you.

A standard tent takes 2–4 hours to install depending on size. Large marquees for 500+ guests may require half a day. We always arrive early enough to have everything ready well before your guests arrive.
